If you are scheduled for surgery, we will contact your insurance company as soon as possible to learn your benefits. Although insurance companies do not guarantee benefits, we will estimate your portion of the surgical or obstetrical fees and ask that you pay this amount prior to your surgery or delivery. Elective surgery and/or non-covered procedures must be paid in full before the procedure is performed. |
