Our receptionists will work with you during regular office hours to schedule your appointments.For the purpose of effective scheduling, the receptionist may ask you questions about your medical problems. (602) 288-0777

Changes and Cancellations
We make every effort to schedule our patients for the time period they prefer.  Missed appointments may affect your care and, and prevent us from scheduling care for a patient who needs it. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment, PLEASE contact this office at 602-288-0777, 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment so we have an opportunity to schedule another patient for that time.

New Patients

You will need to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time so that we may have your information prepared for your clinical visit.
